Randall A. Knol MBA (Randy)
Randy is the founder of Bambology, he holds a degree in applied economics and a MBA in international management.
Randy has extensive experience in senior management, He worked for fifteen years as an independent business consultant in various fields and he will bring his extensive business experience in the U.S. and Europe to refine the company strategy for the expansion of the business.
Our CFO Dale holds degrees in General Business (BA University of Maryland cum laude) and Accounting (BS West Chester University) and has extensive experience in Asia, Europe, and Latin America. He has led many acquisition negotiations and has worked extensively in a multinational environment with many successes. In addition he has negotiated incentives for the businesses he represented with local, state and national governments.
Dale also has significant experience in the development and implementation of growth strategies and cost restructuring programs. Dale uses a unique approach to ensure that short- and long-term goals are met. He believes that a business plan is not complete until there are specific measureable goals. With his hands on experience in setting up new entities and strategic plan implementation Dale will provide a great deal of strength to cash management, goals measurement and general management of our business in Nicaragua.
One of the pillars on which Bambology is based is the social impact for the community and the ecological responsibility to the environment, for this reason we have a designated a board member to monitor these activities. Caroline is in charge of the social and ecological developments in the region where the plantations and production-plants are located.
Caroline will help to build social projects for the local community, develop and implement healthcare facilities and schools.
